This image, adapted from Kathryn Paul Morgan, "Describing the Emperor's New clother: Three Myths of Education (In)Equality," attempts to represent three relationships — social identities, privilege domination and privilege oppression/resistance. The lines in the image represent social identities and the contexts in which privilege is dominant and oppressed in those concepts. This group of social identities is non-exhaustive.
For example, the social identity concept of genderism can be understood to have privilege domination for those who identify as male and masculine or female and feminine, and privilege oppression/resistance for those who identify as gender deviant.
